response to CNN Video   The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has officially acknowledged a documentary released by CNN that alleges police were involved in the killing of Tanzanian citizens during the October 29, 2025 election period. In a public notice dated 21st November 2025 , the Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports stated that the government has “taken note” of the video and is currently reviewing and verifying all the claims presented.
