Finance
Officer (1 Position) Advert No: RTVC/JOB
APP/FO/01/06/2025
The Finance Officer will lead the College’s financial
strategies and operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies,
regulations, and reporting standards.
Minimum
Requirements
·
Kenyan Citizen
·
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,
or a related business field
·
CPA and ICPAK membership (an added
advantage)
·
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,
QuickBooks, Sage, or IFMIS)
·
Knowledge of public finance and budgeting
processes
·
Compliance with Chapter 6 of the
Constitution of Kenya
Key
Duties
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate
accounting records.
Lead budget planning, monitoring, and control.
Develop and enforce financial controls and procedures.
Ensure timely bank reconciliations and statutory
compliance.
Advise management on financial planning, audits,
tenders, and training needs.
