Digital fluency, diversity advocacy, an entrepreneurial spirit, environmental conscience, and a global perspective define the Gen Z cohort. Their choices and actions are influencing consumer trends, society standards, and the nature of work and education in the future.

Gen Z, who came of age between the middle of the 1990s and the beginning of the 2010s, is the generation that followed the Millennials (Generation Y).
